Downey Engineering developed and commissioned the control system for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of Western Downs Regional Council's Reverse Osmosis Plant in Dalby, Queensland. Each stage uses Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and redundant CitectSCADA HMI servers.
